This blog was inspired by the rich discussion at the ETFO Waterloo Equity & Social Justice Committee's Re-Thinking White Privilege workshop on March 30, 2015. Following the workshop, a suggestion was made that we might create some type of online community where the discussion could continue. I hope that this blog provides that space. The blog will be maintained by me, Susan Watt, and I will create the posts. Re-Thinking White Privilege

It was truly a pleasure to host the Re-Thinking White Privilege workshop tonight at the ETFO Office. Emily and I really enjoyed the time with all of you and loved being part of such engaging and meaningful dialogue about these important issues.
